LOCATE TICKET MANAGEMENT
Turn the nightmare of managing all your utility locate tickets into a dream.
Found in the Jobs section of the Equappment app, the new Locate Ticket Management feature provides an easy way to keep track of all those locate tickets and details required for every utility construction project.

IMPORTANT TICKET DETAILS
All the details of each project's locate ticket are stored in the app for easy, anytime access.
Ticket ID #, Status, Location, Dates.
VISUAL TICKET STATUS INDICATOR
With just a glance you can see which tickets are Ready to Submit, Submitted, Approved, Close to Expiring, and Expired.
Basic ticket information, status, and dates are easily in view.
NOTES AND HYPERLINK TO TICKET ON CALL811
Extra Notes field lets you input and view any other important information about a ticket. You can even add a hyperlink to the Call811 website to pull up the actual ticket you submitted.
STORE DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS WITH TICKET
Attached the submitted ticket form, approval email, photos of while lined area, and the all important photos of the actual painted locates to each ticket associated with your utility project managed within Equappment.
The Equappment app has proven to be a valuable organizational tool in my business. Being able to track resources, monitor schedules, and keep projects on track, all in the palm of my hand in an easy-to-use package has been very helpful in my daily operations.
