JOB MAP VIEW

One more option to efficiently keep track of all your jobs . . . Job Map View

• See all your jobs and bids - Active, Upcoming, Completed, and On Hold on a map

• Easy to zoom in and out and move around map

• Quickly identify the Status of the Jobs based on the color of the map pin

• Job ID # displays next to the pin.

• Tap the pin to get a snip-it of the job info. Tap again to go to all the job details.

JOB STATUS UPDATES

• You now have more Job Status options with a corresponding color indicator:

  • Bid - purple - easily turn a Bid into an Upcoming Job when you get the contract

  • Upcoming Job - blue - enter the date the Job was awarded and when is estimated to start

  • Active Job - green - this one is going now. Plus there's an at-a-glance meter to show how far along the job is based on the # of tasks that have been completed

  • On Hold - yellow - indicate when the job went on hold; why it went on hold; and when it is estimated to start back up

  • Completed - gray - option to enter the date of completion as well as indicate it has been approved for payment and when

Unlimited, View-Only Access Subscription Add-On

This one has been a big ask by many contractors that want their entire company to have some of the basic job and equipment information.

Purchase this subscription add-on to give each and everyone of your employees View-Only access to your company's Equappment account.

The View-Only role gives your team the following access:

• Job schedule - calendar and map views

• Job details (if they are assigned to the job)

• Job location including integration with mapping app for directions to job site

• Job kickoff checklists

• Equipment and Tooling inventory, specs, and details

• Crew and Crewmember listings

• HDD Calculators

• Soil and Dump Site Mapping

• Expense Tracking (coming soon)

When you feel one of your employees needs more access within Equappment, you can easily upgrade them to a Crewmember or Administrator role at the usual monthly subscription rate.

JOB INVOICES

One of our main goals with Equappment, is to make it the single-source of information, data and documentation for all your jobs.

The new Job Invoice feature is a simple way for you to keep track of all invoices related to a project, within Equappment

• Enter as many invoices as needed for a job until it is fully invoiced

• Invoice fields include:

  • Invoice #

  • Invoice Date

  • Invoice Amount

  • Notes about the invoice or services provided

  • Indicate if it is approved for payment

  • Once paid, indicate as paid and the date paid

  • Upload a copy of the actual invoice

  • Indicate when a job is fully invoiced

A FEW OTHER IMPROVEMENTS WORTH MENTIONING...

• You can now export a spreadsheet of all your Locate Tickets - from the web app platform

• A Locate Ticket can have the status changed to "Closed". The information remains in Equappment, but you won't be alerted to it being expired.

• When a Job is deleted from your Equappment account, you have the option also delete all Locate Tickets associated with that Job from your account.
