Exciting new updates are available in the latest release of Equappment.
Let's take a look ...

Equappment update to job report
DAILY JOB CHECK-IN REPORT
  • New, clean format makes it easy to see all the daily details you need to know how the job is progressing

  • Daily Check-In Report includes:

    • Job and client details

    • Crew hours worked

    • Safety talk check-off and signature capture

    • Tasks worked on and completed including duration spent on task and other measurables

    • Time log entries with job-site photos

  • Export report as a PDF to email and save it in the "Job Documents" section of app

 

EXPORT BORE LOG AND PLOTTED PROFILE AS EXCEL SPREADSHEET
  • You now have the option to generate a bore log as either a PDF or as an Excel spreadsheet

  • The spreadsheet export automatically plots the bore profile for you based on the distance and depth log entries

 


JOB PHOTOS UPDATES
  • Upload multiple Job Photos at one time

  • Thumbnail of image included on caption box for easy reference

  • Move photos in and out of Photo Folders as needed

 


A FEW OTHER SMALLER IMPROVEMENTS ...
  • Task IDs can be automatically generated and use the Job ID# in the sequence

  • Better integration between Job Bores and Tasks

    • create a Bore for logging and a Task is automatically created

    • bore duration and footage drilled based on log entries is carried over into the Task as a time log entry

  • Search and filters make finding and adding equipment to a Crew a snap
